Warranty Policy

1. Warranty conditions

1.1 The product is warranted for free if it fully meets the following conditions:

  • Products on the list are warranted from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
  • Product has technical defects due to Manufacturer.
  • The warranty period on the warranty card is still valid.
  • The warranty card is intact, not patched, not erased, repaired or smeared.
  • Warranty card with full information: product code, serial number, date of manufacture, name of customer used, address, date of purchase (for products that do not apply E-Warranty).
  • The manufacturer’s warranty stamp and seal (if any) are intact on the product.

1.2 The product is not warranted or will incur a warranty fee if it falls into one of the following cases:

  • Products not covered by the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty.
  • The product does not satisfy one of the warranty conditions in section 1.
  • Serial number, product model does not match the Warranty Card.
  • Customers arbitrarily intervene to repair products or repair at warranty centers that are not authorized by the Manufacturer.
  • Product is damaged due to user error, and such damage is not covered by Manufacturer’s warranty.
  • In the event that a warranty fee is incurred, EcoClean’s customer service staff will fully advise customers before proceeding with warranty procedures.

1.3 Warranty period

  • The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase or from the date of manufacture, depending on the type of product specified on the warranty card. For electronic warranty products, the warranty period is calculated from the time of electronic warranty activation.

2. Warranty application method

2.1. Warranty location

  • The warranty location is stated in the warranty card attached to the product. Please contact the Supplier/Distributor’s Warranty Center directly according to the information in the warranty card.
  • Awane.vn customer care support department will support and guide customers on how to go to outside warranty centers of Manufacturers and Distributors participating in the EcoClean product and service warranty system. VN. All information of the Member Supplier is recorded on the delivery receipt/invoice attached to the box.
  • If you have difficulty contacting the Warranty Center, please contact EcoClean Customer Care at [email protected] for assistance.

2.2 Warranty period

  • In all cases, the product warranty period depends on the policy and/or availability of replacement equipment/products of the Service Center and will be specifically notified to you (i. ) at the time the Warranty Center receives the product for warranty in case you bring the product to the Warranty Center yourself; or (ii) as soon as EcoClean receives notice of the warranty period in case you make product warranty through EcoClean.
  • In any event, EcoClean is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs if you do not follow the instructions in this Warranty Policy.
