Return Policy

To exchange and return products, please check the following conditions in turn:

1. Time Conditions:

• You can make an exchange or return within 07 days from the date of receipt.
• The return process is done when the goods are returned to EcoClean. EcoClean will take the next steps to check the quality of the product and conduct a return or exchange at your request.

2. Product conditions

• Correct type and model stated on the invoice.
• The product is still in its original packaging and packaging, undamaged.
• Parts, accessories (if any) etc. must be complete and intact
• Not dirty, scratched, damaged, has a strange smell or shows signs of being used

3.   Terms of return

3.1 Conditions

• Products due to technical defects of the manufacturer.
• Can only be exchanged and returned once (Unless the returned product encounters a technical error)
• Products sold in the promotion cannot be exchanged (if the program has a regulation that goods cannot be exchanged or returned).

3.2 Product price when returning (returning goods and changing to new products)

• Not exchangeable for cash.
• Returned products must be of equal or higher value than previously paid products.

3.3 Shipping Costs for Returned Goods

• Please pay the shipping cost when returning the exchange/return product to EcoClean.
• EcoClean will bear the shipping cost when sending the goods back to you.

4. Time to settle the exchange

• Customers bring products directly to EcoClean stores: Products can be exchanged immediately if eligible for return and products are available at the store. In case the product is not available at the store, EcoClean will send it directly to the customer within 07 days from the date of receipt of the return item (except holidays & Sundays).
• Customers who do not go directly to EcoClean stores: EcoClean will send directly to customers within 07 days from the date of receipt of returned goods (except holidays & Sundays)
